Refund policy

Full refund within 30 days of your first payment

If the first month does not tell you something you did not already know, write to us within 30 days and we refund it in full. No questions, no exit interview, and no requirement to explain yourself.

After the first 30 days

You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the next payment and you keep access until the end of the period already paid for. There is no contract, no notice period and no cancellation fee. Part-months are not refunded outside the 30 day window.

How to cancel or claim a refund

Use the feedback link inside the app, or write to support@datariteconsulting.com. One line is enough — you do not need to give a reason.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.

Who processes the payment

Paid plans are not yet open for checkout; plans are enabled by request. When checkout opens, the provider named on the pricing page processes the payment and issues the refund. Your agreement for the service is with Datarite Consulting.

What happens to your data

Your files and documents remain yours. A refund or a cancellation does not delete the account: everything you have already run stays readable on the Free plan, and you can download every document before you leave. Closing the account removes them. The privacy page says what is held and for how long.
